A pre-purchase inspection includes the roof covering, the roof system, attic, insulation, exterior walls, doors, windows, plumbing, electrical, and interior areas including the attached garage, the interior electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, ceilings, windows, walls, floors, doors, in visible and accessible areas. 

Have your home inspected prior to listing it on the market.  This process is stress free because it allows you to find out things that may be deficient PRIOR TO a buyer hiring a home inspector.  It allows you time to have the items repaired or replaced.  When you do decide to list your home, you may use the inspection report as a marketing tool to show the prospective buyer/s, along with a repair list of items you had repaired or replaced.  This provides you confidence when considering the sale of your home.  The items included in t his inspection are:

The Pre Move-In Inspection includes items prior to moving in to a home that is on a temporal or semi-permanent basis.  This way they can protect themselves from a landlord advising that there are deficient items that may have been there prior to them leasing the residence.  This can be used also when an individual enters a lease on a retail, industrial, or commercial property as well.  A report will be furnished advising what the condition of the property is prior to the lease along with photos for proof.

Builder warranties for newly built homes generally offer limited coverage on workmanship and materials for specific components of the home, like windows, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and electrical systems.
