Mold spores are a natural part of our everyday
environment.
Existing in proper balance they are a necessary part of
the biologic ecosystem. However, certain spore types
left unchecked and trapped inside a building, can
multiply reaching unhealthy levels creating
irritating symptoms, respiratory discomfort or serious
health challenging conditions.
Individuals with allergies or asthma need to be extra
cautious. If moisture is present in a building,
conditions are favorable for mold growth. There are many materials
in a building where mold can begin such as
carpet, wood, drywall, drapes, etc. The USBI staff is
recognized by the Indoor Air Quality Association as a
Certified Indoor Environmentalist to evaluate your
indoor air quality. Remember..You can’t always smell it.
Wouldn’t it be nice to know?
You'll
breath easier with a complete and
accurate air quality evaluation by
USBI.
That's why our Mold Inspection conforms to the
INDOOR AIR QUALITY ASSOCIATION.
